Richard Coloretti, B.Bus, ASCPA

Chief Executive Officer

Richard has over 18 years in the insurance industry the majority of which was spent with global broker Willis Group, where he worked in a number of senior operational and management positions both in Australia, the UK and USA. Richard in his capacity as CEO is the key driver of our online growth and support strategy.

Graham Stevens - Dip Fin Services (Insurance Broking), QPIB

Executive Director

As a board member of both Steadfast and the National Insurance Brokers Association, Graham is a highly experienced and respected broker with a long history in the industry. Graham has worked both in the international broking arena as well as running his own brokerage businesses.

Professional Risks Team

John Pace, QPIB

Account Director

John is a qualified insurance broker with over 40 years experience in the industry, particularly in the area of Professional Indemnity and Management Liability. In addition to managing these areas for us, due to his experience and reputation John acts for a number of other insurance brokers in a wholesale capacity on such lines.

Felicity Norman

Account Broker

Felicity is a young broker with experience in placing and servicing Professional Indemnity business, and supports this area for both our online clients and traditional placements.

Builders Warranty Team

Malcolm Freeman

Account Director

Malcolm is a qualified broker with over 40 years experience both in Australia and the UK insurance market. During his career Malcolm has specialized in the placement of large Construction risks and Builders Warranty insurance. Malcolm is responsible for heading our Builders Insurance team, covering not only warranty insurance but builders complete insurance requirements.

Lisa Simcocks

Account Broker

Lisa has been with the group for over 15 years. During this period she has facilitated the placement and administration of builders insurances, including supporting clients in utilizing the online warranty certificate production system.
