In addition to the additional endorsements on the policy (Refer to "Policy Features"),exclusive to Express Insurance, all policyholders will be provided with 2 free contract reviews per policy period. Additional reviews may be subject to an extra fee at preferred rates. See below for details.......

This service is provided by Proclaim Management Solutions ("Proclaim") and includes reviews of:
• Contractual agreements used by you; and
• Any agreement that a third party is requesting you enter into in order to be engaged in providing professional services.
• Preparing a brief report:
  • Identifying whether the liabilities and exposures are potentially covered by your insurance policy; and
  • Suggesting appropriate changes to assist in bringing the contract within the cover provided by your policy and/or other courses of action available to you.
• Providing a 15 minute telephone consultation with you to discuss the report and answer any questions.
